Beatrice Lugano is a licensed Health Coach, emotional alchemist, and embodiment mentor for soul-led women reclaiming their power.
With a background in fitness, energetics, and Human Design, she guides women out of burnout and back into bold self-expression. Her signature teachings blend somatic rituals, emotional wisdom, and spiritual strategy — creating deeply transformative spaces both 1:1 and in group settings.
Known for her raw truth, grounded mysticism, and magnetic leadership, Beatrice activates women to lead from wholeness, feel deeply, and move powerfully. She is the creator of Embodied Power and Radiant Rebirth, and the voice behind The Alchemy Body self-paced course.
